Robert Thomas, Vice President & COO
 Construction has always been
part of the life of Robert Thomas, Vice President and COO
of Thomas Construction Services. At the age of 14, with a
hawk and trowel placed in his hands, he began learning the
"art" of plastering. A majority of Robert's family were tied
to the construction/engineering world where he was constantly
exposed to contracts, construction sites, and engineering
documents. At an early age, Robert was intrigued by the construction
industry and had found a purpose and direction for his life.
Graduating with his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering
Technology/Civil Engineering, Roberts career began 1 week
after graduation. He later continued his education with post
graduate studies in Nuclear Engineering.
Over the past 28 years, Robert has had the many opportunities
within the industry, ranging from Field Engineer to Senior
Project Manager responsible for projects in excess of 500
million dollars. Robert has experience in the nuclear,
petrochemical, fossil, industrial, manufacturing, utility,
military and private sectors, He currently holds several
licenses and industry certifications that include PA Asbestos
Supervisor, certified OSHA Scaffold Inspector and what is
known today as Forensic Engineer. Robert's well rounded career
path, determination, positive past influences and education
help him serve an essential part of Thomas Construction Services.
As so with Beverly, Robert encourages open communication
between his customers and management to ensure 100% satisfaction.

With
over 28 years of construction
experience in commercial, industrial, residential, petrochemical,
nuclear and government/utility work. Our principle officers have
diverse industry experience and maintain several industry certifications
and licenses. The company was founded on a long term industry need
to achieve better methods and cost saving efforts in performing
limited access work. This philosophy parallels what equipment manufacturers
have long acknowledged in achieving as a goal. With today's technology,
this goal has become a reality, achieving results with less labor
and cost impacting measures.

Thomas Construction Services, Inc. is fully licensed, insured and
registered in the state of Pennsylvania.
As a member of the Pennsylvania One Call System, Inc. (1-800-242-1776) TCS
ensures that every time we dig the highest level of safety assurance is
achieved. However, this alone does not provide adequate guarantees. It
takes experienced professionals with the right attitude and dedication to
every aspect of safety to understand equipment limitations and site
conditions.
There is no dollar value that can be placed on human life or the loss of a
limb. Understand that the next person or company you hire to accomplish a
project and considers safety, especially their own to be a waste of time or
a hindrance to getting the job done; think twice. Ask and verify they carry
workman’s compensation and/or personal liability insurance.
